Unused, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we'll put it right.

What can be returned

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrance, skin care and personal care products can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

Not sure which scent to choose?

Our aromatherapy roll-ons and parfum absolutes are an easy way to get to know a fragrance before committing to a larger bottle. Our fragrance guide compares every scent by family, notes, mood and longevity, and we're always happy to recommend one by email or WhatsApp.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives broken, leaking or isn't what you ordered, email [email protected] within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

How to return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you'd like to return, and we'll reply with the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

Exchanges

Prefer a different scent or size? Tell us when you contact us, and once we receive the unopened item we'll send the replacement. If the new item costs more, we'll send a payment link for the difference; if it costs less, we'll refund the difference.

Refunds and currency

Refunds are made in the currency you paid in, to your original payment method. Your bank may show a slightly different amount if exchange rates have changed since your purchase.

Gifts

If you received a Mahasutra gift that isn't quite right, contact us with the order number or the sender's name and we'll arrange an exchange for an unopened item.
