About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our shipping, returns and privacy pages.

Orders and prices

Prices are set in USD and can be shown in other currencies with the currency selector. If you choose another currency, you are charged the amount shown at checkout, converted at a daily exchange rate. An order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error.

Payment

Payments are taken securely by Stripe at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has been authorised.

Delivery and risk

Delivery times are estimates and can vary with customs and courier schedules. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery. Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient.

Product use

Our products are cosmetics and home fragrance. Follow the directions and safety notes on each product. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

Product information

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Natural ingredients can vary slightly from batch to batch in colour and scent, which is part of their character and not a defect.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photography, product names and fragrance descriptions, belongs to Mahasutra and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
