Ordering, delivery and invoicing

We offer tiered pricing for larger quantities and can deliver in bulk to your office or venue, or individually to each recipient's address, including international addresses. Every order comes with a formal quotation and invoice, and we can work with your purchasing process.

Lead times depend on quantity and customisation. Orders of our existing products without custom packaging can often be fulfilled within one to two weeks. Allow four to eight weeks for custom packaging, co-branded labels or a custom scent. For festive seasons, we recommend contacting us at least six weeks ahead.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum order for corporate gifts?

There is no strict minimum for gifts made from our existing products. Custom packaging, co-branded labels and custom scents need minimum quantities, which we confirm in your quote.

Can we see samples before ordering?

Yes. For larger programmes we can send a sample gift so you can check the products and presentation before confirming.

Can you deliver to each recipient individually?

Yes. Send us a recipient list and we will pack and ship each gift separately, including to international addresses, with tracking for every parcel.

Can different recipients receive different gifts?

Yes. Many companies choose a signature gift for VIPs and a smaller set for wider teams. We manage the different versions in one order.

How far in advance should we order?

One to two weeks is often enough for existing products without custom branding. Allow four to eight weeks for custom packaging, and six weeks or more before peak festive seasons.

Do you provide invoices and quotations?

Yes. Every corporate order includes a formal quotation and invoice.
