Where we deliver

We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number by email once your parcel ships.

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by local customs and paid by the recipient.

Perfume and shipping

Perfumes contain alcohol and are shipped by approved services. Delivery can take a little longer to remote areas, and customs checks can occasionally add a few days.

Packaging

Every order is packed by hand with protective padding so glass bottles and candles arrive intact. Parcels are shipped in plain boxes with no indication of the contents on the outside, and gift wrapping is available at no charge.

Tracking and delivery

Your tracking link arrives by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. If tracking hasn't updated for several days, or your parcel is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier.

Changing your address

Need to correct your address? Email us as soon as possible. We can update it until the parcel has shipped. Once it's on its way, we'll do our best to redirect it with the courier.

Orders to several addresses

Sending gifts to more than one person? Place a separate order for each address, or contact us for corporate and bulk gifting, where we can ship to a full recipient list.
